The
polish goalkeeper joined Arsenal at May 2007. But he moved to Swansea City in the 2014-2015 season on a free transfer, when his Arsenal contract expired on 1 July 2014. The main reason he came to Swansea was because he want to be the number one goalkeeper in his club.
He made his debut for Arsenal in the League Cup against Sheffield United and was captain for the game.

Łukasz
Fabiański born in Kostrzyn nad Odrą (Poland) at 18 April 1985 is a Polish
footballer who plays for English Premier League club Arsenal and the Polish
national team as a goalkeeper.
After
joining several clubs in his youth career, Fabiański then playe for senior team
Lech Poznań in the 2004–05 season and Legia Warszawa in the winter of 2005. He
helped Legia win the Polish league championship in the following 2005–06 season.
His
performances in the 2005–06 and 2006–07 seasons led to him being awarded the "Football
Oscar" for the best goalkeeper in the Polish Ekstraklasa.
When
he came to Arsenal, Fabianski must be willing to be the third goalkeeper after
Jens Lehmann and Manuel Almunia. When Lehmann moved and Almunia suffered an injury,
Fabianski take a number one goalkeeper position. He played the last 4 games for
Arsenal in the 2009–10 season. But He was criticised for conceding soft goals
in the defeats to Wigan Athletic and Blackburn Rovers, however Fabiański was
able to keep clean sheets in the games at home to Manchester City
and Fulham.
